Emily Rauhala is the Brussels bureau chief for The Washington Post, covering the European Union and NATO. Previously, she wrote about foreign policy from Washington and spent a decade as an editor and correspondent in Asia, including three yeas as a correspondent for The Post in Beijing. In 2017, she shared an Overseas Press Club award for a series about the Internet in China.
